	By the end of 2011,we have 156 employees, four of them are with senior title, nine medium title,5 specialists and professors hired from the society. Now we have 1 person with overseas study experience,6 post graduates,16 bachelors and 42 persons with junior college resume. Staff of educational background more than junior college make proportion about 41% in our company.
43 persons work on development and research, the proportion is about 27% and 22 persons work on management, the proportion is about 14%.

We have a young and efficient team working on management and technical part. People are professionally educated and have quick mind to make them quick-learners. They meet the demands of modern company management and innovation and development of human resource.
